We aim to provide a response to all emails within 24 hours under normal circumstances, however this may vary depending on the volume of email and day. Sending and Receiving iSnooker Support E-mail

When contacting support, please try to send from the e-mail address registered to your account, if you have one. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and settings, before reaching out to us again.

AOL users: Please type in Keyword: mail control and walk through the appropriate steps. Make sure you select Customize as your option, and set email to receive email from everybody. This will set your mail settings so that you can receive a response e-mail from the support department describing an appropriate solution to your concern.
